Says January 6th Is Being Used as A Diversion from The Collapsing Economy and Soaring Crime
MANHATTAN, IL, June 16, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ — Today, Jack Lombardi, Republican Congressional candidate for Illinois’ 14th Congressional District called on Illinois Representatives Adam Kinzinger and Lauren Underwood to focus on the real issues facing voters – soaring inflation and violent crime. Voters are paying a thousand dollars more a month for basic necessities – basically an additional house payment and all Kinzinger and Underwood want to do is rehash January 6th. On January 6, 2021, gas was less than $2.25 a gallon; now it is $5.92 per gallon. Why aren’t they investigating the Biden Administration over this, Lombardi asked. Violent crime is soaring across the nation, he said. Just turn on the local new and it is filled with shootings, break-ins, and smash and grabs. Yet Kinzinger and Underwood remain quiet about crime. They seem to think saying January 6th and Donald Trump long enough will make voters forget inflation and violent crime, Lombardi said. They are wrong.
“Adam Kinzinger and Lauren Underwood were elected to serve the voters,” said Jack Lombardi. “Yet they are AWOL on the issues that matter – inflation and crime. The voters of the Fourteenth deserves a representative who will represent them and address the issues that face them daily and not the inside the swamp games that Kinzinger and Underwood play”
Lombardi’s story is that of an ordinary Chicagoan with exceptional zeal who broke the norm, building a better life with the resources he had at hand. Today, he is a successful businessman with vast experience in leading diverse teams to a common goal of success.
A natural entrepreneur, Lombardi earned his first money at age 8 selling soda on a neighborhood street corner. He started his first business, Lombardi Trucking, by age 22 and has never looked back. Currently, Lombardi owns Chicago’s premiere digital marketing company and runs multiple internet companies.
Born and bred on Chicago’s southwest side, Lombardi went to nearby St. Laurence High School and later attended Northwestern Business College. He is proud to be the husband of Sharon Lombardi and father of his son Jack III and daughter, Summer.
