Terydon and StoneAge to unite as one business to serve customers through StoneAge’s globally established brand and distribution network, as well as the new Engineering Innovation Center at StoneAge Canton.
DURANGO, CO, January 04, 2023 /24-7PressRelease/ — In fall of 2022, StoneAge and Terydon began a new journey to revolutionize the industrial cleaning industry, together. Following the acquisition, it quickly became evident that customers of both StoneAge and Terydon would benefit most from having solutions and equipment that combine the products and technologies created by the two companies to date.
As a result, it has been collectively decided that rather than operate Terydon as a separate company, both will unite as one business to serve customers through StoneAge’s globally established brand and distribution network.
“StoneAge is honored to work alongside the trusted Terydon team,” said Kerry Siggins, CEO of StoneAge. “We are proud to begin the new year as one team, with one focus: to advance and serve the industrial cleaning industry through best-in-class products, customer service, and technologies.”
To celebrate the legacy of innovation that has flourished from Terydon’s former headquarters in Canton, Ohio, this facility has been renamed as the official Engineering Innovation Center at StoneAge Canton. An incubator for complex ingenuity and invention, this Engineering Innovation Center will be where the next generation of industrial cleaning automation and robotic solutions originate.
Over the coming months, Terydon operations will continue being folded into the broader StoneAge organization. Customers in the Ohio area will now be serviced from the StoneAge Royalton office, and Terydon’s products will be incorporated alongside new, combined solutions delivered through StoneAge.
